BLVD Capital is seeking a proactive and highly skilled full-time Executive Assistant to join their team in Nashville, TN. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective time management for the executive team, reporting directly to one of the two Principals of the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming messages for both executives' inboxes
  • Respond to emails on behalf of executive leadership
  • Manage requests from email in a timely manner
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Coordinate execution of legal documents
  • Distribute financial documents per request from financial institutions
  • Prepare expense reports and track receipts and invoices
  • Greet visitors during business hours and maintain a hospitality mindset
  • Maintain office supplies and accept packages and mail deliveries
  • Coordinate and execute team events, lunches, outings, etc.
  • Manage executives' task lists and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
  • Assist executives with personal tasks as needed
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Track progress of all tasks and updates in Click Up
  • Executive Assistant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional phone and email etiquette
  • Proficient clerical skills
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Hyper-organization
  • Flexibility to be available after hours
  • Strong computer skills with preference given to Excel
  • General interest in real estate, lending, or family office management preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in real estate or lending sectors
  • Familiarity with family office management
