The Escrow Customer Service Liaison will serve as a key coordinator between clients and the company, ensuring smooth transactions in the real estate closing process. This role involves addressing client concerns, facilitating communication among various departments, and providing an exceptional client experience. The position requires a proactive approach to follow-up and follow-through on client needs and issues.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and the company to address concerns and facilitate transactions.
  • Coordinate communication among various departments to resolve issues.
  • Ensure a smooth real estate closing process for clients.
  • Provide clients with the best possible experience throughout the transaction.
  • Follow up and follow through on client needs and inquiries.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in the title insurance industry, preferably as an Escrow Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Resware is desired.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone with clients and management team.
  • Superior communication skills and excellent computer skills.
  • 4 Year college degree preferred.
  • Energetic and positive personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
