Responsibilities

• Determine individual and family eligibility for care programs.
• Assist in coordinating and communicating schedules to internal/external clients.
• Conduct client interviews and collect facts and information.

• Manage casework in a timely manner, including proper documentation and case resolution.
• Provide legal research and analysis of legal papers.
