Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in university recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop successful recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting for specific disciplines such as engineering, business, or technology.
• Knowledge of industry-specific talent needs and university recruitment best practices.
• Familiarity with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive effective campus recruitment strategic framework aligned with the company's talent acquisition goals.
• Manage overall campus recruiting strategy and budget, partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, including career services, faculty, and student organizations.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure diversity and equity in the recruitment process.
• Lead team in identification of campus recruitment events and ensure brand presence on relevant early career platforms.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
