Requirements

• 0-2 years related experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
• Strong menu knowledge and ability to accurately read, organize, and coordinate tickets.

Nice To Haves

• General knowledge of commercial dishwashing is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping the dish tank area maintained and ensuring cleaned dishes are available for service.
• Follows food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware and utensils.
• Removes cardboard and grease, and maintains the cleanliness of the parking lot.
• Maintains cleanliness of property around the restaurant (i.e., foyer, front porch, sidewalk, etc.).
• Empties trash from designated areas throughout the shift.
• Works with other staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction as it pertains to dining room cleanliness.
• May be asked to assist in other job categories as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
