The Director of Global Total Rewards is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive total rewards strategies for complex, global organizations. This role involves collaborating with colleagues worldwide to deliver integrated solutions, leading client projects, and executing strategic priorities for total rewards solutions within the HWC businesses.

  • Collaborate with large, complex clients to develop and implement total rewards strategies that integrate across pay, benefits, careers, and wellbeing.
  • Oversee teams across multiple HWC businesses in delivering total rewards solutions to clients.
  • Identify, develop, and close on strategic sales opportunities and cross-sell new products and services.
  • Draft statements of work, project plans, and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and teams.
  • Ensure team progress against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and update intellectual capital and marketing strategies connected to total rewards.
  • Support the execution of the growth strategy of total rewards solutions.
  • 7+ years of experience in client consulting across pay, benefits, careers, and/or wellbeing programs related to multinational organizations.
  • Experience leading client-facing strategy discussions.
  • Track record of success in managing complex and/or global teams.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow market share.
  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and workstreams with time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong client relationship, interpersonal, and team skills.
  • Experience living and working overseas; foreign language skills preferred but not essential.
