About The Position

As a Department Manager at Starbucks, you will oversee the daily operations and sales of your department, ensuring smooth functioning while leading and engaging your team. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience leading others is required.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary certifications as required.
  • History of ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Efficient and effective use of time and resources.
  • Act with integrity, pride, and passion in daily tasks.
  • For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker is required.
  • For Meat: Knowledge of processing different cuts of meat and experience in a meat department is required.
