About The Position

The Demand Planner will be responsible for product demand and revenue planning for all products across the U.S. customer base, aiming to improve forecast accuracy. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams in the U.S. and Amsterdam, as well as key retail partners, to ensure effective planning and execution of promotional strategies.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, must have the ability to organize and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables etc.
• 3-5 years experience in wholesale on retail products with key U.S. retailers.
• Familiarity with vendor portals such as Target, Best Buy, Walmart and Amazon.
• Experience with demand planning tool, like Anaplan, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Problem solver with project management skills.
• Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency.
• Display a positive and pro-active attitude.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning for unit- & revenue forecast (short- & long term) across our portfolio and calendar in our Anaplan planning tool.
• Promotional planning to align with Sales team's forecast and product needs.
• Analyse sell through for all key customers as part of the planning & reporting process.
• Track inbound products to align with monthly / quarterly needs and revenue recognition.
• Regular customer planning meetings to align on demand, promotional schedules and inventory needs.
• Annual budget planning & ongoing monthly and quarterly updates.
• U.S. region rollup to global team for long term needs.
• Sku transition planning with cost analysis.
