  • Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle customer questions and concerns with efficiency and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn banking software applications.
  • Knowledge of BancFirst products, services, policies, procedures, and federal guidelines relating to banking.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow proper policies and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to data accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Developed critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate call center hours.
  • Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
