Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone as a Customer Service Representative.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and the professional reputation of the Bank by warmly greeting and engaging customers.
• Efficiently process telephone requests, including stop payments, balance inquiries, account transfers, check orders, and account reconciliation.
• Provide accurate account maintenance and extraordinary customer service.
• Practice security procedures and protect customer confidentiality and privacy.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
