Responsibilities

• Manage incoming orders from referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers through various channels including fax, email, and portals.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of durable medical equipment (DME) products.
• Verify customer information and insurance details for proper billing.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and shipping departments to track and expedite orders.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with case managers, provider staff, and physicians to ensure necessary documentation is received.
