The Customer Service Agent, Operations role at Omni Logistics involves providing exceptional customer service and support for shipment processing.   • Provide and process rate quotes and service orders for shipments while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Daily contact with vendors to obtain pricing, tracking, and bookings
  • Daily monitoring of shipment status
  • Invoice shipments
  • Compile reports and provide support to other staff members
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating transactions, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
  • Work in conjunction with sales and management to establish, implement, and maintain client specific needs
  • Ensure compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and local & federal regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Basic to advanced computer skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
