About The Position

The Customer Care Representative position is a full-time, phone-based customer service role focused on assisting customers through inbound calls. The representative will be responsible for resolving customer issues, documenting interactions, and providing accurate information regarding financial transactions related to retail and lease auto finance.

Requirements

  • Assertive, clear, and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Competency with PC and 10 key, with the ability to toggle between computer screens and systems (2 screens).
  • Knowledge of retail and lease auto finance is helpful.
  • Ability to function productively in a high-volume environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers by taking inbound calls on a dialer system.
  • Researching, resolving, and documenting customer issues.
  • Preparing professional and accurate written correspondence as needed.
  • Computing payoffs, extension fees, rewrites, quotes, etc., accurately and quickly.
