About The Position

The Construction Controller at Westchester Hills Contracting is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and corporate accounting practices.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA designation is a plus.
