The Communications Director is an executive role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for Kenneth Copeland Ministries, a global television broadcasting and network organization.   • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational mission and objectives.
  • Lead communication plans and strategies for successful implementation across the organization.
  • Set measurable goals and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Support all brands of the organization with creative content development and brand management.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including online marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with ministry partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategy and product development of teaching resources for all brands.
  • Manage media relations and crisis communication, serving as a spokesperson when needed.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communication professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in communications and marketing.
  • Strong alignment with Christian values and experience in a faith-based environment preferred.
