Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in brand development, marketing or internal communication preferred.
• Event planning and brand reputation management experience preferred.
• Expert in content creation and social media marketing strategy.
• In-depth understanding of the Clinicas brand presence in the broader Ventura County community.
• Advanced understanding of photography, videography and editing preferred.
• Basic understanding of graphic design, preferably with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced writing and editing skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience in event planning and brand reputation management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Regularly report on brand initiatives and marketing performance.
• Organize company events to boost brand awareness both internally and in the community.
• Conduct market research as it pertains to company brand image and reputation management.
• Partner with talent and recruitment efforts to attract candidates for potential employment.
• Contribute to digital and traditional marketing content, tracking and measurement.
• Manage brand guidelines and organizational values as it pertains to brand marketing efforts.
• May supervise supporting staff.
