About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Noll Healthcare Network involves providing essential nursing care in a clinic setting. Requirements

• Active LPN license.
• Proficiency in rooming patients and conducting clinical assessments.
• Knowledge of injection administration, IV therapy, and venipuncture.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain inventory and order supplies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Room patients and update medication lists.
• Perform vital signs and review allergy lists.
• Document in the patient's chart.
• Conduct phone triage.
• Administer all injections as prescribed/ordered by the physician or PA.
• Administer all IV fluids and medications under the direction of the physician.
• Administer immunizations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Notify patients of test results while adhering to HIPAA rules.
• Manage inventory of immunizations, office supplies, and expired materials.
• Handle prescription calls or faxes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the office manager.
