About The Position

The Caregiver position in North Dallas, Plano, and Frisco involves providing high-quality home healthcare services to clients, particularly seniors. This role requires experienced caregivers who can work flexible hours, primarily on weekends, for shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in caregiving.
• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CNA certification or related experience preferred.
• Must have Hoyer lift experience and lifting ability.
• Valid driver's license and insurance in your name.
• Clean background check required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate via email and text message.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in cooking and engaging clients in activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Utilize lifting equipment such as gait belts and hoyer lifts to assist clients safely.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs and updates.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
