Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by greeting them warmly and bidding them farewell.
• Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with customers throughout their visit.
• Master knowledge of various wash packages and confidently explain their benefits to customers.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and informatively.
• Prepare vehicles for the wash by ensuring they meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Handle customer concerns in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain a 95% efficiency rating while safely guiding vehicles into the car wash.
• Assist team members and customers as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold commitment to safety by completing assigned training and guiding vehicles safely.
• Participate in ongoing safety training to ensure a secure work environment.
• Provide special attention to vehicles needing specific wash modifications.
• Monitor guests throughout their wash experience to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Take ownership of equipment, grounds, and facility cleanliness during each shift.
• Proactively maintain a clean environment, including the parking lot and landscape.
