About The Position

The Broadcast Associate at Eagle Brook Church is responsible for supporting the execution of weekend services, Student Ministries, and special events at the broadcast location. This role involves leading and scheduling a team of production volunteers, coordinating creative projects, and serving as a liaison between production and campus ministry teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to create engaging experiences and has a strong background in live production.

Requirements

• Associates degree, technical school degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years working in a music, live production, creative or church environment required
• Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook's nine core beliefs
• Proven ability to lead and work with all levels of staff and volunteers
• Passionate for top quality production and excellence with a working knowledge of all aspects of live production

Responsibilities

• Supports execution for all weekend services, Student Ministries, and special events
• Recruits, schedules, develops, and leads a production volunteer team
• Coordinates creative wall content projects
• Coordinates with Creative Arts teams
• Communicates project deliverables, deadlines, and feedback
• Provides programming and technical consultation to other campus ministry areas
• Operates the prompter during live broadcasts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of scripts
• Assists in the pre-recorded elements of the broadcast
• Maintains and organizes production equipment at broadcast site
• Orders and manages food and water supplies for broadcast staff and volunteers
• Other duties as assigned
