About The Position

Chrysalis Health is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their Community Action Team (CAT). This role focuses on delivering behavioral support services to youth, families, and communities, emphasizing clinical excellence and professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing behavioral analysis services to diverse populations, including crisis intervention.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
  • Flexibility to deliver services in homes, schools, and community-based settings.
  • Valid Florida driver's license, current auto insurance, and safe driving record.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Complete behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior interventions to address identified needs.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and CAT team members.
  • Provide caregiver training and empower families with strategies to promote positive behavior change.
  • Conduct direct therapy, training, and supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBTs.
  • Monitor progress using data collection systems and provide timely updates.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to discharge planning and community resource integration.
  • Document interventions, client progress, and service plans accurately and in compliance with best practices.
  • Uphold all company, state, and federal guidelines, ensuring exceptional quality of care.
  • Maintain communication with families, team members, and community agencies to coordinate services.
