Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Current Fingerprint Clearance.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Clear TB screening.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates didactic lectures, workshops, educational resident groups, and community meetings.
• Recognizes, prevents, and responds to situations where a resident may be a danger to self or others.
• Reads, interprets, and implements client's treatment plans.
• Coordinates recreational and social activities for residents.
• Provides support and encouragement to residents, demonstrating warmth and empathy.
• Conducts luggage and room searches for safety as necessary.
• Attends and participates in treatment team meetings and MDS as requested.
• Maintains accurate and timely charting in the EMR system.
• Assists with resident assignments as directed.
