About The Position

Casa Nela is seeking experienced bartenders for its new location, Rosemary's Miami, set to open this Winter. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, and will be dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant.
• Previous experience with Toast POS preferred.
• Knowledge base of food, wine, and spirits.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
• Familiar with industry's best practices, including department of health standards.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
