About The Position

Requirements

• Valid barbering license or cosmetology certification.
• Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work.
• Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar salon management software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Retail sales experience is a plus to help drive product sales within the salon.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics in hairstyling.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, trims, and styling services to clients.
