Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and manage branch personnel to achieve sales goals.
• Supervise all branch client service, sales-related, and operations activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and promote goodwill in the community.
• Manage branch loan and deposit origination functions, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Track achievement of assigned goals and coach staff to meet performance levels.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and recommend salary adjustments.
• Prepare operating reports, including budgets and business development reports.
• Participate in meetings and relay information effectively to branch staff.
• Serve on various bank committees as needed.
