The Assistant Community Manager at Griffis Residential plays a crucial role in supporting the Community Manager in overseeing community operations and ensuring exceptional service for residents. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including leasing, marketing, and maintaining community standards, all aimed at creating a vibrant living experience for residents.

  • Assist the Community Manager in overseeing and supervising community associates.
  • Support leasing and marketing standards, conducting apartment tours, and assisting prospective residents.
  • Prepare lease agreements and renewal letters, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
  • Conduct market surveys and provide reports to the corporate office.
  • Review resident files, address unpaid fees, and enforce lease terms.
  • Assist in organizing resident activities and maintaining loyalty programs.
  • Manage daily operations in compliance with company policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Embrace iPad leasing and marketing standards to connect with prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and secure leases.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Community Manager.
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certification (CAM/ARM) preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in multi-family housing or a related industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer service standards.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with property operations, lease terms, and contract enforcement.
