Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience handling complex calendaring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality and ethical standards

Responsibilities

  • Greeting & assisting visitors and answering/screening phone calls and responding to emails
  • Complex scheduling and managing calendars, including some event/meeting coordination
  • Prioritizing & responding to correspondence & mail
  • Making travel arrangements
