About The Position

Requirements

• Forklift certified (Sit-down and Reach)
• Fluent in English
• 2+ years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with shipping software (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, etc.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with carriers.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates.
• Verify accuracy of shipment contents and ensure they match packing lists.
• Pack and prepare shipments for transport.
• Process shipping-related invoices and payments.
• Assist inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and compliance.
