Produce, analyze, and maintain the electronic floor plans and associated data for over 6 million square feet of building space. Working with units across the institution, coordinate the collection/maintenance of space data for the university’s integrated workplace management system ( IWMS ) database, and provide reports and trends for those units using that data. Develop and document the necessary processes to accomplish this, including exports of BIM / CAD files to the IWMS database for mission critical facilities functions. Review and update, as needed, the campus space standards. Oversee and modify room numbering and provide room signage schedules for construction projects. Assist in the review, monitoring, indexing, and recording of all drawings and manuals submitted from project management, consultants and sub-contractors. Ensure quality control of all electronic BIM and CAD deliverables for adherence to the University Planning, Design and Construction Guidelines.
