The candidate will support the Cross-Cutting Vulnerability Investigations (CCVI) project as part of the NASA IV&V Program’s Mission Protection Services (MPS) Team. This role is full-time and is performed onsite at NASA’s Katherine Johnson Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Facility in Fairmont, WV. Job Description: Working with System, Software, and Security/Cyber Engineers to perform Vulnerability Analysis of spacecraft components Developing analysis approaches and test cases to exercise suspected behaviors Developing Models and Simulations of spacecraft HW/SW/data interfaces using C/C++, Java, Python or similar object-oriented languages/scripts Developing unit and integration level tests for models and simulation environments Maintaining/Modifying models and simulations from other developers The candidate will work with more senior MPS team members and will perform a variety of individual contributor and team-based tasks.
