About The Position

This role is part of the Space Planning team which helps to support Workplace Services. The scope of this function encompasses site wide space management, specifically related to office environments. The Coordinator is expected to support Space Managers by providing functional support in a variety of ways.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Facilities Management, Architecture or Business.
  • Knowledge of space utilization and facilities management.
  • CAD, CAFM and IWMS experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of iOffice IWMS, Oracle and ServiceNow strongly preferred.
  • Ability to perform as an individual contributor as well as work as part of a team, think strategically, and proactively identify and address problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, well organized, flexible and must demonstrate an ability to work at a fast pace on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) support: identify discrepancies between workspace and CAD plans, coordinate respective updates, audit space types, capacities, layouts and run respective reports.
  • Operating Systems: Submitting required work orders, managing team queue and coordinating respective tasks.
  • Moves: Coordinating moves with move team: generating move memos, labeling, crate delivery, resource management.
  • Audit and correct seating locations in both Eptura Workplace and Nuvolo Space module.
  • Signage: tracking and maintaining onsite inventory, auditing spaces for correct signage, coordinating orders for larger projects.
