The Space Management Team, known as Shelf Edge at H-E-B, coordinates with Forecasting and Replenishment, Suppliers, Brokers, and Store Operations, and collaborates with Procurement, Merchants, and regional leadership. As a Space Planning/Merchandising Analyst I, you'll translate Business Development Manager (BDM) / Buyer strategy into clustered and Store-specific plan-o-grams that meet sales, margin, operations, and productivity goals. You'll focus on becoming familiar with and learning to operate category management systems.
