Space Operations Integrator The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. Space operations span multiple domains and provide the joint force with a strategic advantage over adversaries. As a Space Operations Integrator, you’ll apply expertise in space operations, intelligence, and military planning while using advanced technical solutions, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to meet mission partner requirements with direct operational impact. You’ll engage with key decision-makers across the space enterprise and deliver tailored support in orbital warfare, space electronic warfare, operational deconfliction, access, sustainment, and broader operational planning. You will strengthen military space capabilities, both defensive and offensive, by leading intelligence-driven operations that focus on threat mitigation and mission success. Space operations demand proficiency across air, maritime, land, cyber, and space domains. You’ll use knowledge of spectrum awareness, adversary maneuvering, and kinetic and non‑kinetic capabilities to neutralize adversary strengths. You’ll conduct Space Operations Control Orders and manage deconfliction measures to ensure synchronized execution across joint fires and targeting efforts. You will collaborate with theater space components, intelligence agencies, and mission partners to meet operational needs in a demanding environment. You’ll perform daily responsibilities such as fires planning and targeting, drafting operational directives and orders, and setting prioritization strategies. You’ll also participate in Fires Support Working Groups and Boards, integrate the MAVEN Smart System, and develop Joint Fire Support Plans. You will analyze and evaluate systems, policies, and processes related to foreign threats and space operations within joint and combined missions. Your efforts will enhance agility, precision, and mission execution. You’ll implement artificial intelligence and machine learning technical solutions across the space enterprise. Requirements

  • Experience with the Joint Planning Process and Concept of Operations development
  • Experience in space operations, targeting fundamentals, and the Joint Targeting Process
  • Experience providing executive-level support and protocol management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience authoring mission-type orders, including Tasking Orders, Planning Orders, or Fragmentary Orders, in operational contexts
  • Knowledge of Joint Fires and the Joint Targeting Process and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System, SharePoint, or continuity systems for fires product repositories
  • Ability to produce and maintain classified dashboards and briefing products for General Officers
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience in joint or service-level fires or targeting roles, or Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in joint or service-level fires or targeting roles

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with non-lethal effects targeting and Space Electronic Warfare
  • Experience with orbital mechanics and orbital warfare
  • Experience with Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT)
  • Experience with SPF113-105, JP3-09, JP3-60, JP3-14, JP 3-89, CJCSI 3370, or CJCSM 3108.01
  • Experience building data-driven products, including Palantir Foundry
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry ontology modeling and workflow development to support MAVEN Smart System integration
  • Experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Palantir Certification such as Foundry Data Engineer or Application Developer Certification
  • Completion of Palantir Learn training tracks such as Ontology Modeling, Workflow Builder, or Speedrun
