The capture manager has the responsibility and authority to lead and integrate the assigned cross-functional team and direct team activities for the duration of the pursuit. The candidate selected for this position will join the Next Generation Ground (NG2) business development team, which is responsible for supporting this entire pipeline of business opportunities across multiple lines of business. The team works directly with executive leadership, technical staff, and business development to create new business opportunities, develop strategies, track/monitor/lead the execution of the win strategy process to best position NG2 for success in capturing new business.
