About The Position
This role actively contributes to Mattel space strategy at Walmart and leads planogram execution and space reporting for internal Mattel Sales. Externally, you will interact with Walmart's Category Advisor, Merchant and Mod Planning critical to our business success. This job requires the ability to understand and leverage data to influence customer decisions and the ability to build a shelf merchandising plan aligned with Mattel's strategic vision. This role will be based in the Rogers, AR Mattel office.
