We are looking for a Space Control Analyst to serve as an on-site support contractor. Under Government oversight, the analyst will perform a variety of tasks in support of the United States Army Space and missile Defense Command (USASMDC) and join our Radiance Space Team providing mission-critical support to the warfighter. The successful candidate will support our various efforts relating to space control activities and capabilities; mission planning for terrestrial based assets; space situational awareness; along with researching, planning, training, and exercising, space control operations; develop and maintain schedules, checklists, SOPs, and mission/policy documents; and provide planning expertise for real-world operations, support current and future space control projects, and advise Government management personnel.

Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated and work well on a team
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of processes, databases, and tools of analytical tradecraft
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of space control activities
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

  • Operational Test and Evaluation knowledge
  • Exercise planning and experience briefing decision makers on findings
  • Managerial experience
  • Ability to research, create, maintain, and assess policies and procedures
  • Joint Exercise Life Cycle knowledge
  • BS Degree, or 5 years’ experience in space control in lieu of degree
