About The Position

Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club is seeking an experienced and service-driven Spa Manager to support the daily operations of the Spa & Wellness department. This leadership role is responsible for delivering an exceptional, luxury-level experience for members and guests while overseeing team performance, scheduling, training, cleanliness, and service standards. The Spa Manager will work closely with the Director of Luxury Spa & Wellness to ensure operational excellence, team accountability, and a welcoming, personalized environment. The Spa Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Spa & Wellness facilities, staff, and member/guest experience. This role oversees scheduling, training, inventory, cleanliness, and service delivery while supporting the Director of Luxury Spa & Wellness with departmental initiatives and operational goals.

Requirements

3+ years spa, resort, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with scheduling software and general computer systems.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Ensure a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for all members and guests.
Lead, train, and support Spa & Wellness staff.
Manage staff schedules and utilize Jonas scheduling system to efficiently schedule individual and group bookings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa, locker room and fitness facilities.
Assist with inventory management and ordering.
Resolve staff and guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Support administrative and operational projects as assigned.
