About The Position

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional, meticulous, relaxing, and exemplary spa services to guests and staff. The role includes acting as both a Massage Therapist and an Esthetician, ensuring excellent guest service and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Valid California State/County/City Massage License.
• Valid California State Esthetician license.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum of 2 years professional massage and/or Esthetics experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with all spa equipment and products.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Achieve weekly retail sales goals.
• Conduct all massages as outlined in the Spa brochure.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with applicable state, local, OSHA, and MSDS mandates.
• Comply with all applicable Tribal regulations, internal controls, and policies and procedures.
• Document and report all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately upon awareness.
• Conduct all facials, complete with extractions, massage, and appropriate product application.
• Perform waxing services as listed on the brochure following proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
