If you're seeking a place where you can feel inspired, valued, and empowered to make a difference, we invite you to explore this opportunity as our Spa Supervisor: The Spa Guest Experience Supervisor is primarily responsible for the supervision and support of the guest experience, overseeing the Spa Experience Assistants and Spa locker room Attendant team, as well as supporting the Spa Administrative Coordinators. This position functions as an integral member of the spa leadership team by providing a welcoming and nurturing spa environment for guests, and colleagues. In addition to performing the same duties as Spa Experience Assistants and Spa Attendants, the Spa Guest Experience Supervisor serves as a departmental resource to all spa colleagues. Requirements

Minimum of one year spa or hospitality industry experience, preferably in a high volume operation.
Ability to create and maintain a positive, energetic working environment by sustaining high morale and productivity levels.
Professional demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Technologically proficient with ability to quickly gain thorough working knowledge of multiple reservations software and booking systems.
Previous experience in development and delivery of training information.
Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weekends, mid shifts, nights and holidays.
Prioritizing tasks and handle multiple duties simultaneously while remaining highly organized with attention to detail and consistent follow up.
Ensures effective resolution of service issues with a proactive approach to guest and colleague needs.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Works to create and maintain a welcoming spa environment that embodies the core values of our property.
Lead and mentor spa support team, providing daily supervision, providing performance feedback, handling team member scheduling, timekeeping and ensuring the team is aware of company policies, protocols, and expectations.
Works alongside the team and oversee cleanliness and training of expectations in locker rooms, laundry processing (towels/robes/sandals), maintains refreshments, etc.
Maintains guest supply inventory, orderly and well-stocked locker room area, supply rooms and all storage areas.
Assures that required equipment and supplies are in good working order.
Build and publish Spa Attendant staff schedules based on operational needs.
Execute and inspect Standard Operating Procedures and training plans/documents for Spa Experience assistants and Spa locker-room Attendants.
Perform weekly guest supply inventory.
Participate in the interviewing and onboarding for new hires on the Spa Support team.
Train and provide continuous constructive feedback and direction to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
Handle guest questions, complaints, and issues and execute as leader on duty for the spa operation.
