Spa Supervisor
About The Position
On our 23rd floor experience breath taking panoramic mountain views in our Spa, Fitness Center, and Pool. Through innovative treatments and products, the Spa Monarch experience reinvents the future offering 7 totally new unprecedented systems in wellness and spa. Enjoy infused water hand-crafted to enhance your workout recovery in our fitness center featuring TechnoGym equipment with Active Wellness TV. Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years prior experience serving in a spa/salon facility. Preferably experience in high-end spa/salon.
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Offer a top-knotch guest service to all Spa Monarch guests and work closely with the staff.
- Must be able to step in as a Manager on Duty when needed.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations for the spa, pool, and fitness center.
- Trains, coaches and and evaluates staff.
- Oversees the maintenance of the spa, including overall cleanliness.
- Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules, specials, and other services provided at the spa
- Assists with retail and professional product orders.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
