As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all staff perform their duties to the highest standards, and helping to maintain an exceptional guest experience. You will be the point of contact for guests and staff, handling any concerns with professionalism and efficiency while ensuring the smooth running of the spa’s facilities and services.

Responsibilities

  • Spa Operations Oversight: Supervise and support Spa staff, ensuring compliance with job duties, policies, and protocols to maintain service excellence.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns in a timely manner, offering effective solutions and ensuring an exceptional spa experience.
  • Inventory & Supply Management: Evaluate monthly inventory needs, prepare purchase orders, and oversee reordering supplies to keep the spa fully stocked and operational.
  • Staff Development & Training: Conduct training for new and existing associates, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Group Coordination: Review and coordinate group bookings, ensuring the specific needs and preferences of each group are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect spa facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and the highest standards of service. Address any issues promptly to maintain the resort’s reputation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage reservation and activity reports, ensuring accurate treatment availability and spa scheduling.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any guest complaints swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution that enhances guest satisfaction.
