Requirements

Prior experience in a spa environment highly preferred
Approachable and personable personality; guest-first mentality
Keen eye for organization and detail

Responsibilities

Knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and products to assist in training
Ensure team is aware of health and safety procedures, reporting any observed safety issues
Inspect treatment rooms to ensure they are clean and well stocked
Assist the Spa Director as and when required
