About The Position

The primary purpose of the Spa Supervisor is to provide guests with an excellent spa experience. The Spa Supervisor will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Schedule, hire, train, and manage Spa staff; Maintain and inspect cleanliness and order of the Spa and locker areas; Order supplies, stock and re-stock all Spa areas and dispensaries with focus on cost control and profitability; Greet guests, escort them to the Spa, orient them to the Spa procedures; Promote spa services to guests; Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests have an excellent spa service; and Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Requirements

• Prior customer service and/or retail experience
• Current State License

Nice To Haves

• 2 years Spa experience
• 1 year supervisory or lead experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
