About The Position

Yellowstone Club's Health & Wellness department is currently seeking candidates for a Spa Supervisor for the upcoming Summer season! Our Summer employment dates are May - September. The purpose of the Spa Supervisor is to provide professional, efficient, friendly and happy service for our Members and guests of Yellowstone Club, eventually enhancing, creating and realizing all revenue and profit opportunities. As well as support the management team through recruiting, training, motivating and leading the spa concierge and spa attendant personnel.

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent education required.
  • At least two years in a top resort/spa operation preferred.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Able to perform basic computer skills.
  • Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members and guests.
  • Able to perform basic math calculations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment.
  • Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction and display hospitality and professionalism.
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team Members.
  • Exhibit a professional attitude and handle difficult situations.
  • Uphold and ensure gracious front desk procedures.
  • Responsible for being knowledgeable in regards to all spa services and pricing.
  • Professionally exhibit proper telephone etiquette with guests.
  • Enthusiastically serve guests in a timely manner.
  • Practice all sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Proactively maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the Spa.
  • Professionally take and confirm reservations for all services.
  • Answer all incoming calls efficiently and friendly.
  • Possess an ability to effectively sell and upsell.
  • Provide support to the Spa Management team through excellent communication.
  • Assist in developing procedures for accurate inventory control.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining gracious and efficient Spa Front Desk procedures.
  • Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Work with the Spa Manager to develop a recruitment kit.
  • Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are upheld.
  • Maintain an up to date version of the spa procedure manual.
  • Ensure timely completion of all supervisory duties.
