About The Position

Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking a Spa Service Supervisor. The Spa Service Supervisor assists the Spa Director by overseeing and supervising daily operations, service providers, and all service-related areas within the spa and fitness facility. This role ensures operational excellence, service quality, and team accountability while supporting revenue growth and guest experience initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires active engagement in operations, team performance, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed service provider with strong hands-on experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a spa environment
  • Front desk experience required
  • Strong knowledge of spa services, products, and operations
  • Ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and communication skills
  • Sales awareness and ability to support revenue growth initiatives
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and perform job-related tasks for extended periods

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains a team of service providers that meet all standards of professionalism, performance, and service excellence
  • Oversees daily operations across all service areas including treatment rooms, fitness center, locker rooms, and amenities
  • Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards are consistently maintained throughout the spa
  • Supervises service providers to ensure productivity, readiness, and adherence to service standards
  • Responsible for end-of-month manual inventory and ongoing oversight of service-related supplies and product usage
  • Ensures proper ordering, stocking, and availability of all items required to perform services
  • Conducts service audits to maintain consistency and quality across all treatments
  • Coordinates onboarding and training schedules for new and existing staff, ensuring full knowledge of services, products, systems, and standards
  • Ensures all technical staff remain knowledgeable in products, services, and daily operational practices
  • Coordinates ongoing education with vendors and trainers on a regular basis
  • Assists with special events, promotions, and service-driven activations to support guest engagement and revenue growth
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance service offerings, including new treatments, add-ons, and guest experiences
  • Supports staffing and scheduling to align with business demand and payroll guidelines
  • Assists with payroll processes, including timecard review and labor awareness
  • Performs daily walkthroughs to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and properly staffed
  • Ensures guest interactions are professional, knowledgeable, and aligned with service standards
  • Maintains knowledge of all products, ingredients, and services to effectively recommend treatments and retail
  • Supports front desk operations as needed to ensure coverage, alignment, and team training
  • Coaches team members through performance feedback, reinforcement, and accountability measures
  • Assists in developing and maintaining operational procedures and service standards
  • Helps foster a team environment focused on performance, guest experience, and continuous improvement
  • Other duties as assigned
