About The Position
The Service Specialist-HLP plays an integral role in creating a premium customer service experience while also providing operational support to ensure efficient business practices. The incumbent is responsible for responding to patient and guest inquiries, actively promoting HLP and Rejuvenate services and products, scheduling appointments, patient/guest check in and out, payment transactions, desk functions and supporting the patient care providers with pre/during/post service tasks. As an ambassador for the Healthy Living program and Rejuvenate Spa, the Service Specialist is responsible for understanding and promoting the Healthy Living Program and Rejuvenate Spa philosophy and assisting patients and guests with establishing an ongoing relationship with Mayo Clinic.
