About The Position

As a Spa & Salon Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of relaxation and luxury. Your primary role is to deliver exceptional guest service while creating a warm, inviting, and elevated shopping experience. You'll help maintain a consistent brand standard and assist guests in finding the perfect spa or salon products to complement their visit. If you're passionate about wellness, beauty, and delivering top-tier service, this is your chance to help guests feel their best inside and out.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
• Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping.
• Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
