Requirements

Experience supervising a team with motivation to grow within the organization
Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
Has a passion for coaching and development.
Implements structure, policies, and procedures.
Customer Service oriented.
Experience in effective sales.
Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectation, goals, and kindly hold employees accountability
Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
