About The Position
Hand & Stone is seeking a Spa Sales Representative to join our front desk team in Philadelphia. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, outgoing, and driven by success. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests, ensuring their experience in our spa is nothing short of world-class. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving performance-based goals set by your manager and the company, which include membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. You will also be tasked with providing an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales. Passionately promoting our products and services while communicating effectively with the Service Provider team to maximize appointment bookings is essential. The Spa Sales Representative role offers a flexible schedule, including weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hours. We have both full-time and part-time hours available, making it a great opportunity for those looking to balance work with personal commitments.
