About The Position
NOW HIRING SPA SALES MANAGER! Our NEW Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at- 7236 Bell Creek Rd, Unit -G, Mechanicsville, VA 23111 is seeking a full-time spa manager. At Hand and Stone Mechanicsville, VA we are an independently owned and operated spa, with the national brand awareness of a leading company in the wellness industry. The ideal spa manager has a proven track record of growing a new business, with experience in creating measurable goals and motivating a team. Bring your established specific strategies and demonstrated history! Helpful to have membership model, and franchising experience. Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics: Membership Conversion -minimum 25% membership conversion, Staffing- Service Provers Utilization of 70 - 75%. Staffing service providers and front desk to support booking volume. Success will be measured on overall provider and spa room utilization. Brand Awareness - this will be based on lead gen and prospect count of potential members.
