Hand & Stone at the West end is seeking client-focused and experienced membership and/or retail sales professionals to join our rapidly growing spa in an upscale shopping district. The Front Desk Spa Sales Associate plays a key role in hosting our clients through a relaxing and rejuvenating experience as well as promoting and marketing the Hand & Stone Lifestyle Program as an effective approach to improving health and wellness. This is a commission based role with incentives based on performance. This role would require weekends and evenings. Qualified candidates must have strong customer service, sales skills, and have an exceptional ability to connect and care for our clients. Our ideal candidate has a passion for health and wellness, strong problem-solving skills, and a successful sales and/or customer service track record. Requirements

Excellent customer sales, promoting and customer service skills
Experience with retail, marketing, and/or membership sales
Exceptional communication, phone, and presentation skills required
Ability to truly connect with clients with a passion for helping them achieve their wellness goals
Ability to book services and proactively manage the scheduling of clients
Multitasking while maintaining a sense of calm in a busy environment
Possess a friendly and positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Accountable self-starter willing to take initiative
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Work collaboratively and reliably in a team environment
